The secret to get the best profit from cosmetics, skin care products and detergents is to know each product’s ingredients and to avoid allergenic and/or sensitizing aromatizing substances in raw and intermediate materials used in the manufacture or present in the finished products. Both cosmetics and detergents are in fact regulated by strict normative documents that establish their production and trading processes.
Chelab Flavours Laboratory has developed and validated specific methods for the simultaneous qualitative and quantitative identification of all aromatizing substances mentioned both in finite products and in raw materials employed for their formulation. The determination of the substances is performed through GC/MS technique of extracts or sample solutions according to the analysed matrices.
